Everglow started with a simple observation: the people who most need to sell a house quickly are the ones the industry treats worst, pressure scripts, hidden math, offers that shrink at the closing table. We built the company we’d want to call.
Andy's passion for business began as a teenager, and for nearly a decade we've owned and operated a local cleaning company, work that put us inside hundreds of Tulsa-area homes and taught us to hold ourselves to the highest standards while making every customer feel welcome and comfortable.
Those years inside people's houses showed us something else: how many homeowners were stuck with a property that needed more than they could give it, and how poorly the industry treated them once they needed to sell. Everglow is our answer, the same local, family-run care we built our first business on, applied to buying houses and commercial buildings the honest way.
When you work with Everglow, you're supporting a local team that truly cares about your home, your situation, and your satisfaction.
We show the math. Every offer comes in writing with the after-repair value & the repair budget. If you take our offer to another buyer and they beat it, you’ve lost nothing, and we’d rather lose a deal than earn a reputation.
We tell people not to sell to us. Roughly a third of the homeowners who call are better served listing with an agent or negotiating with their lender, and we say so on the first call. It costs us a purchase. It earns us the next three referrals.
We close where you’re protected. Every purchase runs through a licensed, independent Tulsa title company that verifies title, holds the funds, and records the deed. No exceptions, no shortcuts, no "sign this and we’ll handle it privately."
Every house we contract ends up renovated. Sometimes we close and renovate it ourselves; often one of the vetted local investors in our network funds the closing and does the work, we tell you which before you sign. Either way, the house gets renovated and returned to Tulsa’s housing stock, rented to families or sold to first-time buyers. That’s the "glow" in Everglow: houses brought back to life, block by block.
Every house we buy has a light worth keeping on. Some arrive tired, storm-worn roofs, decades of deferred repairs, rooms full of a family’s whole history. Our work is bringing that light back: for the seller who gets a fair number and a clean exit, and for the neighborhood that gets a renewed house instead of a vacant one.
We’re not the biggest buyer in Tulsa and don’t intend to be. We intend to be the one your neighbor recommends.
No fees, no repairs, no pressure. Just an honest number and a timeline you control.
